Here goes:::
I used this heart shaped mold which was originally meant for water. It's got a rubbery feel which makes whatever is put in it easier to come out.
Step 1: The first step is to prepare your agidi/eko starch from scratch.
Step 2: While the Agidi is still Hot, Scoop spoons of the thick liquid into the molds.
Step 3: Leave to cool for about 6 hours or more. Once it cools, it sets and once it sets you can gently bring it out from the mold without it breaking.
And there you have it, your love shaped Agidi/Eko. Serve with Okra soup, Ogbono soup, pepper soup, Milk e.t.c
